I damaged my screen. Ordered the B-stock (A-stock wasn’t available) and the new screen doesn’t seem as good as the original. I can see the pixel lines, especially on night shift mode, and the image overall is not as crisp as it was. Can the wrong screen cause this? I try reinstalling the screen connector and that didn’t help.
Can you post a good set of images so we can see. You might want to try an external monitor to verify things as you might have something else going on here.
