Chosen Solution

I recently purchased two 6S screens.  I installed both screens successfully on each of my daughters iPhones and both worked normally.  However, a few days later one of my daughters phones stopped working. She noticed the phone getting hotter than normal, then it shut off, and now it will not turn on.  She has confirmed the phone was not dropped.  Has this occurred to clients that installed new screens in the past?  Can you please advise me on what could have possibly occurred, or how to fix it.

Hi There, As You Said The Phone Is Powering On And Getting Hot First Check If The LCD Itself Is Not The Culprit By Installing Working One, Afterwards There Could Be 2 Scenarios 1st) The Phone Is Still Powering On But LCD Backlight Circuit Has Failed Causing Heat And No Graphics On Display 2nd) The Phone Dead Due To Short To Ground On The PCB And Getting HOT(In This Case Also The LCD Backlight Circuit Has Failed Causing Short) To Check Disassemble The Phone And Take Out The PCB Do As Followed:- Use Multimeter In Diode Mode ,Attach Positive Probe To Ground (Any Metal Shield On PCB) And Use Negative Probe To Take Reading From The Points Shown In Pictures, Reading Fluctuations +/-50 is Normal Above It Is Abnormal And 0 Short To Ground. I Have Mentioned Correct Reading For Reference
