Chosen Solution
I ordered a screen here and swapped it out carefully with no problems. When I turned it on it the boot screen shows for 6 seconds then flashes to an orange screen for 3 seconds then goes black. Then the cycle repeats endlessly. I did a soft reset but cant hard reset as I cant unlock the phone without a screen. The old screen didn’t work anymore so I cant swap them to unlock it. Thanks.
Probably just a bad screen. Could be poor solder job making contact when connected (possibly why it’s rebooting). Screens here are very good quality but every now and then you get a bad part..just happens. I’d send it back for a replacement.
