I got my Kenmore microwave 2011 and it works fine except for doesn’t heat I need to find out why and it was brand new I got it from Sears
Well if it doesn’t heat, it doesn’t work fine. I don’t know if that 2011 is a model number or not. If you just it, it’s covered under warranty, take it back and get one that does work.
