the current situation screen not touch, but still lcd is onso I buy new screen lcd. (oem)new screen not working. black out.but original screen still is on. so i buy other new screen, but same black out problem. is this only lcd problem or motherboard?
It depends where you bought them. They should have a return policy for these types of things. I would contact customer support and see if you get a refund. I have my own repair shop and i buy all of my parts from mobilesentrix.com. They are really great and highly recommend. They have an option for either Aftermarket LCD’s, Aftermarket Plus LCD’s and Premium LCD’s. I usually do the Aftermarket Plus LCD’s because its about $6 more than the regular aftermarkets and they are really good quality and they have never let me down. The premium ones are more expensive and a lot of times they will come with some sort of touch screen issues. Best of Luck!!!
