Does the headphone jack on your old part still work fine? Try test fitting that again and see if that works. If the headphone jack works on your original part, you could have a faulty replacement part If the headphone jack doesn’t work on your original part, there could be damage to the audio IC. There’s ways to diagnose that, but focus on testing the original part first
