Chosen Solution
Recently replaced my heatsink on my xbox. It got crushed by a TV and had to replace it. I installed it today, and can use it to watch shows, movies, etc perfectly fine. But when I try playing a video game it instantly shuts off because of overheating. The weird thing is that the xbox isn’t even hot, so I have no clue what’s going on. I put a proper among of thermal paste on my cpu as well
Is the fan on? If it is, over heating is not the problem, you have a much bigger problem of witch I don’t know… Probably from to much weight and flexing something….
