I get an intermittent power light on and off every 20 seconds but only when connected to charger. Otherwise they will not even turn on if not connected to power. These earphones are two weeks old.
Two weeks old and in need of repair? Just return them. If you try to repair them yourself, you void any warranty. If you fail in the repair, you have a pile of junk.
