Chosen Solution

I recently did a display replacement on a Surface Pro 4, and the touchscreen function now does not respond anymore. I noticed before the repair that the machine seemed to be sluggish generally, and didn’t respond to my touch as it should have. Does this sound like a hardware issue or a software issue? Should I reach out to the parts seller for another replacement?

Just did a repair to one had the same issue. Turned out to be just needing to reseat the ribbon connectors on the NTrig board. Hope this helps.
