Chosen Solution
I installed the new battery and the phone turned on and worked fine. I got it down to the 10% as suggested and plugged it in to charge overnight. When I woke this morning the phone was at 4%. The phone showed the “charge sign” and when I took out the cable and put it back in the phone buzzed and the “charge sign” was there. Why hasn’t or won’t it charge the new battery?
Try a new battery, I think that you have received a faulty one.
