Hi Microsoft surface 2 Laptop battery replaced successfully. It is recognised and charges to 100% but as soon as I disconnect the power supply it shuts down. Have tried software fixes but I belive it is hardware.
Hi craig, The issue occurs mainly due to compatible battery. Did you replaced the original one with different make(compatible).
