I just installed a new battery in this phone with the IFIXIT kit. It will fully charge to 100% but it will not hold a charge for very long. It runs down just like the old battery.
At this point you may want to see what your app usage is and if there are apps running in the background that are causing it to run down. Unfortunately, youll have to go 1 by 1 or use some task manager apps to see whats using the most resources. There is a chance your battery is the issue, even though it’s new. I would try the first suggestion to start off with.
