Hello! I’ve just changed my 3ds motherboard, everything is working as intended except for its touchscreen. It’s not responding at all, I can’t touch any icon in the home menu, and it wont work ingame either, but as you can see in the top screen, there’s some weird feedback. This happens everytime I touch the screen
Would you recommend me to keep trying to unplug and plug the ribbon, to buy a replacement screen, or a new piece to connect the ribbon to? I can try and upload a photo of every piece. Thank you so much in advance!
Yes, replug the ribbons back in and if that doesn’t work, you don’t need to buy a new screen, just buy the touch (5$ vs 15$). And by the way, if you can still boot into Godmode9 for example on the broken mobo, you can unbrick it with a ctrtransfer. If the led just goes on and off quickly, try a new sd card with fresh a9lh files and then do it. Good Luck fixing the 3ds and the mobo! If you fix the mobo, you can sell it with firmware 9.2 and get a lot of money for that. (make sure to send the sd with a9lh files on it though!!!!!!!)
