Can anyone help. My keyboard and trackpad have both stopping working so can’t even enter my password. Have tried to link external wireless keyboard but no joy. I suspect it’s a software or working memory issue, but that’s just a guess. Tried to decrypt. Tired to press the alt button 5 times…. But no joy.
