My sister just bought a PS4 and within three months of having it, it needed the 10.0 update or later. It said it required a USB update. I wiped and reformatted not one, but two USB’s and they both didn’t work for the PS4, leaving us without one.
Start device manager. Expand the USB devices. Select the USB device where you want to update the driver. Right-click the device and again take the “update driver” option. Regards,
