When I went to remove the home button, the ZIF connector accidentally came off of the board it it attached to. Where can I get a new ZIF connector for the board and I assume it needs to be micro-soldered to the board?
Yes it will need someone skilled in microsoldering to replace, I wouldn’t recommend DIY-ing that repair. You can send it to a company called VCC Board Repairs. I personally use them for business when I have repairs that I can’t handle like iPhone 6+ touch disease or data recovery.
