I made reset factory to my Samsung Galaxy j7 Prime 2, after that I reinstall all my apication, most of my applications an google services display a new device model named Galaxy On7 prime. And ask me to use my old devise. Also I cannot find my reviews and rating on my Application in store play..
Maybe you logged in with a different email? Make sure you used the same usernames and password otherwise you are a new account and cannot access your stuff. Check your accounts if it’s wrong,. Delete that one and set up the correct on. Or just add the correct one.
