Whenever I plug my Apple Earpods into my phone it recognizes that it’s plugged in but sound plays through my phone’s speakers instead of my earphones. The weird thing is that when plugged into my laptop they work fine. Does anyone know what’s going on? PS: I use them in an Android and a Windows 10
do other headphones work with your phone? might be your headphone jack, also could be pocket lint, which can be picked out with a needle
