Got a machine in that had been repaired by a competitor. They were supposed to fix the trackpad. They didn’t and they left out the trackpad cover plate. I’m looking for that part or part number. Without it the trackpad won’t click correctly. @blakeklein

@mayer - I’ve not found it missing or damaged enough to interfere with the trackpad. But I think you could fashion a replacement plate out of a soda can carefully cutting out the tubular section from the top & bottom parts and splitting it down the side. Then shaping it so it lays flat and cut out the matching the original or a paper template. The other option is just getting a sheet of aluminum from a metal supply house that is the same thickness the original is. You’ll want to give it a coat of urethane paint so its insulative.
