Hi everyone, My problem is that, i have just bought a Redmi Note 2 online. For the first three weeks the mobile was ok, but later this week the xiaomi phone is not taking charge. I have changed the battery twice , i have even change the adapter and the USB cable, but the item is not taking charge at all. What should i do, or what is the problem. Thanks in advanced.
Hi, Try and email Xiaomi about it, it could be that a pin has bent in the micro usb connector or something to do with the charging port, so just email them about it and they should fix it. Thanks James
