Hi @rikkanashiii , Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all? Try starting the phone in safe mode if possible and check the display? Here’s a link that shows how to do this. https://www.hardreset.info/devices/xiaom… If you can’t do this because of the screen, it may be a faulty screen or fault cable connection to the screen.
