Chosen Solution

back in 2019 in august my Xbox was dropped in my sleep but i didn’t know it dropped so the morning after it felled i seen my Xbox on the floor i was mad cause i gotten it for a gift idk why but 20 mins after using it and watched yt it froze so i restarted it and gotten e106 i think or e102 i dont remember but its been 2 years i need help

Since it fell while you were asleep, what probably happened was the HDD failed due to the drop. I would try replacing the HDD (if you have the money, you could also get an SSD). Just make sure it’s no larger than 2 TB and it’s a 2.5” drive. For Installing it into the console itself use this guide: Xbox One S Hard Drive Replacement For formatting it so that it will work follow this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HceZzngN… ALSO: Just in case, I would check to make sure both the Optical Drive connections and the HDD connections are connected properly. Sometimes that will cause those errors.
