Hello, I start by saying that English is not my native language, so excuse me if I don’t express myself correctly. I have a problem with my Xbox, when I put a disc in the console she takes it but then she does not read the disc, I do not hear the disc spinning in the console then. However when I partially put the disc in the drive, just enough for the mechanism to engage but without releasing the disc, there I hear the disc spinning in the console and she finally gets to read it. Do you have any idea of the problem and how I can successfully fix it? Thank you.
