My Xbox got wet with water and not turning on and making noises in the power supply.
Never turn or leave on wet electronics. If you are lucky, you might have just shorted something out. Disassemble everything and clean out with isopropyl alcohol. Don’t waist your time with rice. Most likely something in the PSU or motherboard shorted. There is a chance it is dead though if you turned it on when wet.
Maybe put it in the rice. It helps to get the water out:)
