Chosen Solution

Basically, as I was on a vacation my Xbox 360 was packed and not being used for almost a month and since I have returned it does turn on but no display is shown. The controllers won’t connect to the console. There is no issure of RRoD neither is there any kind of light on my Xbox button or the power supply. Just that there is this red & green blinking light inside the console. Please help? Update (05/20/2020)

this is the blinking light

Red and green blinking lights mean a psu (power supply unit) failure, or other catastrophic failure in the console according to microsoft, The red or green blinking lights around the power button usually indicate a hardware issue with the power supply or with the console itself
