Chosen Solution
Yesterday my wifi and bluetooth were working great. I don’t know what happened, but after my phone restarted I noticed I wasn’t connected to my wifi. I can toggle the wifi button and it will say “Turning on” forever. If I leave that screen it will say “On” but it will be all grey and dimmed. My bluetooth won’t turn on at all. I’ve tried everything (factory reset, using kies to fix the frameware, etc.) and it still does the same thing. My last resort is to take it to a phone specialist and have them repair the wifi/bluetooth card but I’m not convinced that’s whats wrong because it was working yesterday and I never damaged it. Here is a screenshot of what I’m talking about.
Hello When you use a wrong charger they do that leave the phone go down battery and see otherwise change the battery Good luck
