@shubham16353414 , Here’s how to find what the laptop’s model number is Have you checked in BIOS to see if the WLAN has been disabled? As I don’t know the laptop model I can’t be sure but in some Asus laptops there is a setting in BIOS that allows the WLAN adapter to be disabled. This may be the reason why it is not showing up in Device Manager. Worth a look anyway If there is no setting it may be that the WLAN adapter may be faulty.
Hi shubham16353414 what is your laptop model? It seems that the wifi card is not detected on the computer. I would suggest you to check on your bios / uefi settings if it has been disabled. else, you need to open up the laptop to locate the wifi card. Try reseating and see if it helps. If it does not work still, try testing with another known working wifi card.
