Chosen Solution
Windows 10. Ctrl-Alt-Del does not work, does not have a removable battery so that technique will not work. Cannot get it to reboot. Help??? Note: could not find the laptop in the drop-down screen so chose the extensa 2511!!!
Hold the power key down for 10 seconds. Laptop should turn off. Then boot by touching power key again.
