Maytag bravos xl model # MVWX700XL2 Washer is getting stuck on spin cycle and can smell a burning smell. Sometimes unplugging it for a while and plugging it back in fixes it. It does this every couple of loads but much more often now. I’ve had the drain hoses, pump and filter checked. I had someone come run diagnostics on it and one came back for water pump and one for the computer board.
Hi, Does the washer actually start to spin at all in the spin cycle? Does the washer spin OK during the rinse cycle? Run the diagnostics again and see what error code is shown. Here’s the tech sheet that shows how to do this.
