hello, whenever i take a video on my camera, the sound starts off normal and then goes off and you can sort of hear very faintly, but mostly it sounds like light static. it then goes back to normal and then cuts off again. i’m not sure what’s going on, and it’s getting very annoying. it also happens when i facetime people. please help!!! thanks
Could be an issue with the microphones. Try replacing the charge port, which contains some of the microphones. Was it ever dropped in water?
