My UE Boom turns off by it’s self, I was thinking it died, I put it on the charger. Well the charging light isn’t on and the pairing light is on constantly. I have tried the factory reset or default reset many times and nothing has made it budge. I don’t know how to fix it, any ideas?
Try a second charger and USB cable to see if that’s it. If that still shows no charging lite I would test the USB port and if you have the original UE Boom it likely needs a new battery.
