My tv won’t respond to remote control and it used to work.it isn’t the control because I have bought 4 controllers and have not worked so it can’t be the controller but the tv.it used to be like that a couple months ago but I had the toshiba remote app but just a week ago I have changed my internet and now can’t connect the tv to internet which means the app won’t work please I need an answer fast I really don’t want to waste more money please and thank you very much if you answer
@diegoc sounds like the IR board has failed. If you tell us the exact model of your TV we might find the right part etc. for you.
