My tv screen went blank but the sound is working perfectly well. Whenever I point a flashlight to it, i can see some movement and a little picture. I’ve switched off and on but it’s still blank and the sound is still working. Please how can I fix this. It’s a Logik television.
Your backlight is not functioning. Give us the model off the TV, and we can determine if parts are available, and cost. Typically when the backlight stops working, the power supply for the back light has failed. There may also be one or more LED strips that are bad.
