My Tv Doesn T Detect Wifi Samsung Television

I had some painters come in and they took down the TV. There’s no visible damage to the TV however it doesn’t detect any WiFi. It’ll searching for a signal then it just stops. It’s a 75in Q60T. So it’s kind of difficult to take it in for repairs.

Have you tried factory reseting the TV?
