Chosen Solution

I have the troybilt super bronco riding mower. It will crank but now start. If I spray cleaner in it it starts for a second and stops unless I continue to spray. This makes me think it’s the engine not getting fuel. the tank has no clogs or kinks in the tubes. The solenoid needle going up and down just fine the carburator is new but sat for like 4 months and I sprayed carb cleaner. Still will not turn over.  PLEASE HELP

Check your fuel filter. Then check the fuel pump. If those are good then you may have to break down the carb and do a good thorough cleaning. This includes spraying carb cleaner through all the ports in it, and verifying everything is clean. But since it only sat a few months I’m thinking fuel filter or pump is more likely.
