I repaired my MacBook’s speakers and I decided to clean the cables and the trackpad with isopropilic alcohol since it was dirty but now the keyboard does not work and the trackpad heats up a lot and it’s not responsive
You could’ve damaged the cables with the alcohol or it could’ve seeped in and causing a short. Excess heat is typically sign of a short circuit somewhere.
