my laptop is working but no backligt ,If connected the adapter backlight work fine,remove the adapter backlight off and laptop working
Go to Control Panel –> Power (you may need to change the view control panel icons by large or small icons or large icons to see the Power one.) Check your plan settings. There are different settings for your computer when its plugged in vs on battery.
