My toro grandstand Kawasaki engine is having hard time cranking over. But the starter and battery is good. I took out the plugs and it turns over fine. What could be the issue? The engine model is a Fx730v I replaced the stater magnets and flywheel, it has been having trouble with the battery not charging and kept dying. I checked the coils twice to make sure they weren’t touching and everything
