My Samsung smart TV model UA40H4203AR has horizontal lines and colour distortion only above the lines. They had suggested dust but cleaned the set and still the problem persisted please help me

@jmugunga horizontal lines are almost always a panel failure due to either bad gate drivers or Tab Bonding that has failed. Post some images of what your screen shows with your question. That way we can see what you see. Use this guide for that.
