My tecno spark 3 is slow and hangs alot How do i fix this since it was okay before
Hi @otakunoweeb Things to do to try and resolve the problem: Wipe the cache partition and check if this resolves the problem.Try starting the phone in safe mode and check its performance. If it works OK when in safe mode then most probably a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and wasn’t pre-installed on the phone when you first got it. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in “normal mode” between each uninstall. When the phone works OK in normal mode the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit.
