When I turn on my tablet it will not go past the Prestige Powered by Android start up page. I’ve let it sit there for hours and nothing. I’ve tried the reset button on the back and nothing. I’ve tried to hard reset with holding the volume+ and power button and nothing. I’ve tried holding volume+ first for 5 sec.then push power button and holding both for up to a min and a half and I get nothing! Help. Don’t know what else to do.
tilamu123 , Try this, hold down the power button, and the Volume down buttons at the same time. Keep holding until you see a 3d android, lying on it’s side. Then use the volume down button, scroll down to either system reboot, or factory reset. The reboot will just reboot your tablet and it should turn on and fix the problem the factory reset, will erase everything in the system. Use the factory reset if 1st reset did not fix. The factory reset will restore the tablets settings, remove SD card prior to reset. You can also check the trouble shooting link below for for more info. and step by step factory rest procedure. Ive looked all over, and I think it means it is out of luck, it seems to be a scam by the company to make you pay for more fixings for it?
How do I get to work where I can touch screen
My tablet wont even go into the boot screen.
My Visual Land Prestige Elite 9Q did this and i held the Volume up + the volume down + the power button until the recovery screen came on then i wiped the cache then wiped all user data. Then rebooted the system and my tablet came back to life.
Same, stuck on powered by android. I’ve tried wipe cache, and user data, reboot. Nothing. Just still shows the same thing. Anymore ideas before I introduce hammer or axe?
