i’ve had my tablet for a few years and it won’t take charge anymore and when i plug it in it seems to boot loop or show the charging screen for a few seconds before disappearing again. can someone help me understand why and maybe help me fix it.
Hi @martin2001 , I would try changing the battery and check if this resolves the problem. Here’s the ifixit Lenovo A7-50 A3500 Battery Replacement guide that may help. Looking at the battery in the guide the battery model number is L13D1P31. (search examples only) Search online for (insert battery model number) battery to find suppliers that suit you best.
