Hi, Here’s the ifixit Lenovo ThinkPad Helix Battery Replacement guide that may help. It shows how to open the tablet so that you check if all the cables are securely connected. There is a cable that goes from the screen to the motherboard but check all of the cables to be sure, especially the battery connector cable.
