Chosen Solution
When it is plugged in a battery shows on the screen. Then instead of the battery showing that it is charging, it goes off and on. The battery on the screen doesn’t fill up. The screen turns off and on showing an empty battery.
Most of the times I’ve seen this it means that the battery itself has gone to the battery heaven. it could of course be the charger that is broken and won’t supply the required amount of current. My suggestion is to try another charger before testing anything else.
