Chosen Solution
Over night my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (SMT310) has “forgotten” and doesn’t recognise my password. I haven’t changed it recently so that shouldn’t be the problem but I’m now stuck and cant unlock it. If possible I’d like to be able to unlock it without having to do a ‘hard reset’ or ‘factory reset’ as I don’t want to lose the pictures, videos and documents that are on there. is there anything I can do and can anyone please help. Thank you.

try to reset google account (gmail) password again using PC insert new password with same gmail id if device not unlock make sure the internet connectivity is active or not (your device should be only to unlock the device ) also you can turn on the internet using emergency mode

Got you boo, it just needs an update so if you’ve been avoiding it’s update messages then that’s probably why happened before to yours truly fixed as soon as I updated it thats it, give you luck ✨
