Chosen Solution
My gallery says it is empty and any photos I take are not saved there. I can still see photos in Whatsapp messages so I think something is corrupt. Ihave not deleted the photos. If I try to connect my phone to a computer I get the message “Unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped”. I have tried all the recommended fixes for this. So I can’t use a computer to view my files. I don’t have an external sd card. I have tried Norton antivirus and it’s not picking anything up
Hi, i had the same problem and it was solved when i removed the guest user , as written in the following link http://www.nairaland.com/2532812/infinix… (those having problems with internal memory, sd card, camera and other apps delete guest mode and reboot ur phone. and dont use it again)
