I dropped the phone from about 2-3 feet and the vibrator and loud speaker stopped working. Is there a way to fix it?
Has it been taken apart? Inside the phone there is a metal bracket that keeps the phone from disconnecting from the charge port so if it has been check that connection and the metal bracket. If you are sure it is connected and the connections are clean it will probably need a replacement.
Your charge port Most likely needs to be replaced.
