My LG 55G2-UG television sound has gone out. It comes on, but goes out again after a few seconds after turning it off and coming back on. How do I get the sound to come back permanently?
Hi @mistertrb , Have you tried using the TV’s sound test to see if the problem still occurs when using it? Press Home to access the Home menu. Go to All Apps > Settings > Option >Customer Support > Sound test If the tests are OK what is the signal source for the TV, antenna or a “box” of some description? If a “box” what connection type is used between the box and the TV i.e. HDMI, Component video, Composite video etc? Have you tried different cables, inputs, input types even a different signal source e.g. a dvd player to see if the problem is still there or not? What audio system is in use, i.e. TV speakers or external audio system? If external audio system have you tried using the TV’s internal speakers to see if the problem is still there? What have you tried?
