My son dropped his 3d ds last night and now the touch screen and colored buttons won’t work. Some of the buttons do work including power button, the screen shows the game and menu list.
The ribbon cable for the screen/buttons might have been dislodged when it hit the floor. If you’re comfortable (and it’s out of warranty) it might be worth opening it up and having a look, but I think these buttons are on the motherboard itself.
