I’ve checked the rollers and they’re good. The roller spring is tight, I’ve checked the eject button connectors, I’ve lined up the white gears with the white plate that shows there’s a disk. I’m at a loss, could it be that the switches on the board with the motor is bad? If so, can I just buy a new one without replacing the motherboard? Help!!!

The question is not clear, broke the disc drive how? What does it do now? Does it load/unload, does it spin up?
